9b Student Classrooms for 195 people and kitchen
We are excited to announce that our new facility will be ready soon!You can rent our ground floor and first floor classrooms for $270,000 plus gst plus outgoings (approx. $20,000) per year. This purpose built facility has capacity for 195 people.
We also offer two brand new training kitchen on the ground floor, with a capacity for 20 students each. The rental fee is $16,500 per month per kitchen plus $250 per month for garbage removal.
Each kitchen includes the following according to the ASQA regulations (20 capacity):
- canopy
- 10 burner ovens
- 12 stainless steel bench 1500 x 700
- 1 dishwasher
- 1 combi oven
- 4 double bowl sinks
- 2 hand basins
- 1 fridge
- 1 freezer
- 2 double deep fryers (removable)
- 4 salamander
Please note each bench includes a side table.
Also, stainless steel shelving and storage is also included.
